The Secret to Beautiful Skin

I’ve been going to the like beautician for over 12 years now, for she’s not only excellent at what she does, but she’s also a felicity to talk to. One thing that I have always noticed and admired is the bewildering skin tone, elasticity and softness of her face and body. She’s well in to her 60s and is clearly someone that is ageing beautifully, naturally and gracefully. My the ~ time visit I couldn’t help but ask what her secret was.

Every morning whilst she’s in the shower she gives her full body a mini self-massage. Gently kneading, pummeling and stroking her derm to help promote circulation, detoxification and also as a little “revel-me-up”. It makes sense. Massage has so many benefits, and at the time that practiced everyday these benefits become prevalent.

Try a Morning Self-Massage Ritual
Start at your ankles and gently knead totality the way up your legs. Follow with gentle strokes from your ankles to your valley. Knead and pummel your hips and bottom. Knead all over your waist and gently blow your tummy in circular motion. Gently knead your breasts. Starting at your wrists, gently knead everything the way up your arms, onto your shoulders and around the back of your neck. Very gently “pitter patter” your play on tips all over your face and head, making a conscious struggle to avoid your delicate eye area.
As you are practicing this self-massage have existence grateful for every part of your body and practice “positive self discourse” by thanking your body for all that it is and with regard to all that it has the potential to be.

Try Self-Massage everything through the Day.
